Basics
This class is designed to give newcomers to the sport a smoother start. We will be looking at the terminology and key concepts for the most common positions in BJJ as well as the fundamental movements required for BJJ.
Fundamentals
In BJJ fundamentals class we practice the foundations of the art, establishing a strong base from which we can develop further.
No-gi Training
No-gi is grappling without the traditional uniform, instead you wear shorts and a rash guard. In no gi you cannot grab your opponent’s clothing.
Juniors and juvenile programmes (Ages 6-11 and 11-16)

What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
Sometimes referred to as BJJ or simply Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art is very prevalent in mixed martial arts (MMA) as it is essential for every mixed martial artist to defend and attack on the ground.
